①Film Delivery Cycle Explanation: For film products, if the purchase quantity is 500 kg or equivalent for regular orders, the core delivery cycle can be implemented according to the following standards: In the initial response stage, after the order is placed, the production schedule will be synchronized immediately, and the final delivery time will be determined within 3 working days; the regular delivery cycle is 5-7 days, which will be dynamically adjusted according to the current production line load to ensure accurate delivery within the promised timeframe and without affecting subsequent production plans. ②Supply Cycle Explanation for Bead Manufacturing: For bead manufacturing services, if the order quantity is 200,000 beads or the same scale, the supply process is as follows: Within 2 working days after placing the order, we will provide a precise delivery cycle based on capacity planning, raw material inventory, and other factors; the standard manufacturing delivery cycle is 15-20 days, covering the entire process of raw material allocation, production processing, and quality testing. We strictly control quality and timeliness throughout the process to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

We offer comprehensive after-sales service. The product enjoys a 1-year free warranty against damage caused by human error. After the free warranty period, lifetime warranty support is provided (only reasonable parts costs will be charged). If problems occur during use, priority will be given to rapid communication and troubleshooting through dedicated online service channels (telephone, video conferencing, etc.), and most problems can be resolved immediately.
